I played around with the default blur brush in SAI and came out with this

I guess I'll critique them if you so desire.
First of all, I like the sorta painted and 3D effect! On the preview, I actually thought this was a 3D model. The drawing itself is aLao very good; I could easily tell that it was Darkrai.
Now, onto things you can improve. I would blend the purple flame some more, as it looks sorta solid. The glow on it, too, also looks a bit off-center. Flames tend to be the brightest and lightest in color at the bottom, but also the most opaque. As they fan out, they get darker and wispier. The lines on the drawing itself could also be smoothed out a bit, because upon closer inspection, they're a bit choppy in a few places. Last of all, the shading, especially on the skirt-ish part of Darkrai, is a bit off, so maybe look at some references or watch some tutorials to get a better sense of where it should be.
Overall, though, you did a really good job with this! I like it!
